How it goes

Three steps. Nothing to decode.

Here is everything that happens, in order, so there's nothing left to wonder about before you write to us.

01

Tell us what you're after

Six questions, one at a time, no jargon. Where your site lives now, what it needs to do, and what feels comfortable to invest. About two minutes, and you can't get it wrong.

02

We reply with a plan and a price

One page, written for a person, not a procurement office. What we'll build, what we need from you, how long it takes and what it costs. If it's not right, we adjust it together.

03

We build it, you approve it, we keep it running

Design, build and launch, then the part most agencies hand back to you: updates, hosting, renewals, and the small changes you'd rather just email someone about.

Always included

Hosting and domain

Registered in your name from day one. Renewals handled, nothing lapses.

Edits by email

Send the change. Small ones are uncounted and live within days.

Monthly numbers

Five plain sentences about who visited, who reached out, and what we changed.

Updates and backups

Quietly, in the background, every night.

One person to call

Not a ticket queue. A name, and a reply that names a day.

Everything is yours

Photos, words, logins, the site itself. Handed over within 14 days if you ever leave.

Questions people actually ask

Do I have to know what I want?

No. The six questions are built for people who don't. "Help me figure it out" is an answer on two of them, and the plan we send back is the first draft of the answer.

What if I already have a site on Wix or Squarespace?

We move it. Your domain stays yours, your email keeps working, and nothing goes dark in between. Most moves happen over a weekend.

How many changes can I ask for?

Small changes are uncounted. There is no word "revision" anywhere in how we work. A big change becomes a short plan with a price first, and nothing changes until you say so.

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and every photo, word and login is yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over within 14 days.

Is there a contract?

The plan is the contract: one page, signed on your phone. You pick the term and the notice period from a couple of options. There's no fee to stop.

What does it cost?

One monthly number that includes the build, hosting, edits and the monthly numbers. The care page shows the four ranges. The plan we send you has your exact figure.
