What we keep, and why.
When you write to us
The answers you give on the start page — what you're building, who it's for, where your site lives, your budget range, and how to reach you — are stored so we can reply with a plan. We don't sell them, share them, or add you to a list.
When you're a client
Your Client Room keeps your plan, the edits you've asked for, the things you've approved, and your monthly numbers. Only the people you've named can see it, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
On this site
plumfool.co uses privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without cookies or personal identifiers, which is why there's no cookie banner. Signing in uses a link sent to your email; we never store a password.
Client sites we build
Sites we build for clients use the same cookie-free analytics by default. Anything a client site collects (a tour booking, an inquiry) belongs to that client, not to us.
Leads sent to a client’s Room
If you fill in a form on a site we look after, your name, contact details and message may be delivered to that organisation’s Room at plumfool.co so they can reply. We hold that information for them, we don’t use it for anything else, and we delete it when they ask or when their plan ends. Questions about how an organisation uses what you sent belong to them; questions about how we store it belong to us, at the address below.
Email from us
People who belong to a Room get short notes when something in their Room changes, and one note a week on Monday. Reply “stop” to any of them and they stop.
